JAMES SHEEHAN Chief, Charities Bureau, Office of the New York Attorney General James Sheehan was appointed by Attorney General Eric Schneiderman in January 2014. The Charities Bureau is responsible for regulation and outreach for the over 90,000 New York nonprofits. Mr. Sheehan graduated from Swarthmore College and Harvard Law School.
