Bob is a Partner in the Management Consulting practice at Mazars USA LLP specializing in accounting and finance function risk assessment and management, control remediation, operational improvement and Enterprise Risk Management. Bob has over 15 years of consulting experience leading large, complex engagements at clients ranging from local organizations through global corporations.
Bob directs clients through Enterprise Risk Management assessment and implementation bringing value to their organization through an enhanced understanding of the risks they are facing and advising on appropriate risk mitigation and response strategies.
Bob also leads project teams through the assessment and documentation of current state processes, the identification of potential risk areas, the quantification of financial impact due to account misstatement, the remediation of identified risks/misstatements, and the implementation of enhanced processes using appropriate technological applications to mitigate future risks and increase management visibility of the underlying processes.
Prior to joining Mazars USA LLP Bob was a Managing Director in the Consulting practice of LECG (formerly SMART Business Advisory and Consulting) where he provided financial, accounting, internal audit and risk consulting services.
