Identifying and analyzing unrelated business income and completing Form 990-T continues to be a challenge, especially in light of changes brought about by TCJA. This session will use real life case studies to analyze revenue streams, identify possible exceptions available under the IRC, evaluate expense allocations to minimize an organization’s tax liability, and discuss how the income and expenses are reported on Form 990-T.
