Complex gifts can be a blessing or a curse. It's worth it for organizations to think ahead of the potential pitfalls before being approached by a donor to take one of these gifts. This session with bring up tax and legal issues associated with these gifts, such as partial gifts of real estate, ownership of a business interest, or gifts with contingencies
