Session for new CFO's and controllers in the NFP space. Learn from a new CFO and COO about transitioning into the NFP sector and what they wish they had known to avoid potential pitfalls. Working with boards, banks and NFP Staff.

  • Identify potential challenges and pitfalls that may arise for someone transitioning into a financial leadership role in the nonprofit sector.
  • Identify techniques to improve your engagement with third parties including banks, lawyers and investment advisors.
