Jennifer Elder, CSP, CPA, CMA, CIA, CFF, CGMA, MS works with companies to find creative solutions to their most challenging problems. She helps financial leaders become more strategic, stay ahead of the competition, and be more successful.

As a consultant and keynote speaker Jennifer is known for being energetic and enthusiastic. She has conducted seminars for the Fortune 500, the US Government, State CPA Societies, and CPA firms in 48 states and 6 countries. Jennifer has presented at the AICPA's Not-For-Profit Conference, the national conferences of the National Association of Home Builders, Indianapolis Society for Human Resources (SHRM), Sage, and the National Association of Black Accountants. Some of her clients include Microsoft, Northrop Grumman, TJXX, Tech Data, KPMG, Dow Corning, Amtrak, T. Rowe Price, Hyster-Yale, SC&H and Los Alamos Labs.

She is both a business strategist and an accounting expert who can make the complicated simple, practical and useful. She is a published author, named a “2015 Woman to Watch” by the AICPA and MACPA, contributing author to Triple Pundit and NAHB, and been named an Outstanding Educator by the AICPA four years in a row.

CPA Practice Advisor named Jennifer one of the Top 25 Women in Accounting in 2018. The AICPA and MACPA named her a “Woman to Watch” in 2015. She has been awarded Outstanding Educator by the AICPA five times.

In 2018, Jennifer earned the designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). She is one of only 10 people worldwide who hold both the CPA and CSP designations.

Jennifer is currently a member of the board of the New Hampshire Society of CPAs and a past member of the board of the Maryland Association of CPAs.
When not on the road teaching, she is either living on her boat on Chesapeake Bay or skiing the slopes of New Hampshire with her husband and two cats (no the cats don't ski!)
